When deciding whether to order Iron On Labels, Sew On Clothing Labels or the Clothing Stamp, it really is a matter of personal preference. Our custom labels both have the same clear, sharp print and non-fray edge and the clothing stamp Features: a clear bold imprint.  Below are the pro and cons of each kind of labeling option.

SEW ON CAMP LABELS
Pros:
  • SEW ON LABELS can be applied on just about on any item that you could sew into, even on bulky and unusual shaped clothing and coats.
  • Our Sew On Labels are made from soft easy-to-sew material.
  • Edges do not fuse with the garment like the iron on labels do and may irritate someone with sensitivities.
Cons:
·        More time Consuming to apply than iron on labels. (Not that much of an issue if you will be using a sewing machine. Prepare all your clothing in a pile near the sewing machine and zip and snip through all those labels.)
Features:
  • Sew on name labels are 1/4" wider than iron on labels to allow room on the side for stitching.

IRON ON CAMP LABELS
Pros:
·        Definitely a timesaver!  Estimate that Iron On Labels will take you at least half the time to apply as its Sew On counterpart.
Cons:
·        Our Iron On Labels are flexible and become part of the garment for minimal itch.

·        Iron On Labels may not be practical to apply on certain items that are heat sensitive or bulky, like coats.
Features:
·        Use our Iron Labels on unique items like bags, cooler bags, suitcases, kids backpacks.  We’ve even tried it on umbrellas!

CLOTHING STAMP

Pros:
·        The Clothing Stamp is even easier and faster to apply than either of the Clothing Labels.

·        Our Clothing Stamp has Permanent ink which will last through many, many washings.  The print is lighter than the pre-printed clothing labels and the ink will fade after several years of use.
Cons:
·        The clothing stamp can only be used on white garments.  The print will not show on dark clothing.
Features:
·        This is the item to buy for the child or adult with sensory issues.  Although both of our labels are made from soft materials, the super sensory kid will appreciate having nothing attached to his clothing.
