It’s been an incredible year of e-commerce growth here at Starlight Labels and our  Camp Labels  have led the way as our most Popular Product that we sell.

Join us as we are celebrate our very first year of online sales with the release of our Mission Statement Video. 

 

Although we’ve been printing both our Sew On and Iron On Camp Labels for our local customers and for local stores for a while now, we did not launch our website and start fulfilling online orders for clothing labels till early 2012.   As the year has advanced we’ve constantly changed and improved in many different aspects of the business in response to our customer's requests , including improved tracking of shipments, additional products offered, revised fonts and more icons to meet your diverse needs.  Our clothing labels customers have been the impetus for our improvement. Your comments and feedback have helped us grow.

OUR MISSION STATEMENT

We’ve recently strengthened and reinforced our Mission Statement of providing a high quality clothing label that will not fade, fray or fall off so that your garment will always to be returned to you.

We serve a wide range of customers including parents of kids in school and daycare, campers, nursing home residents, sports teams, crafters, entrepreneurs and anyone who needs a product that is strong, customizable and durable.

Ode to the DIFFERENT SEASONS of the Year each with its Unique Customer Base and Flavor

Each season has its own unique personality and heralds a different set of customer with both their wonderful and quirky demands.

May through June is the time to order Camp Labels for Clothing.  This is hands down our most profitable season and we have tried our utmost to be worthy of our repeat customers year after year.  We ship out all Camp Label orders the Next Business Day, a stunning feat considering the volume during the Camp Labels Shopping Season.  Camp Shopping Season is  an exciting time for campers and their parents as they stock up on all their camp essentials and choose Camp Labels to ensure that all their summer garments actually comes back home when they do.  Camp Labels is the lifeblood of our business.

End of June through mid-July is the time to focus on our last minute Camp Labels Customers, those of you who remind yourselves a day before camp that you really wanted to apply those labels to your clothing a day before yesterday.  You make our lives colorful!

Mid-July through August is when the parents of our very smallest customers order their school and daycare labels to affix to all of their clothing.  Many of them are going out to face the world for the very first time with optimism and joy.  You provide us with feelings of renewal and hope in the future.

October and November is when we start feeling the cold nip in the air and many of our Crafting customers shift inward to home and hearth.  As many of you focus on homemade, crafty gifts for your  Holiday Gift giving, we get the most creative and heart-warming clothing labels orders with text like “Made with Love by…” or “Hand Knit by…” etc.  Crafters, you are our very favorite customers as you inspire our creativity.  Any one of our customers can become a crafter – from the very youngest kid to the oldest resident of a nursing home.  Crafting is a creative outlet for self-expression and should be customized to your abilities and desires.

January through April is the quietest time of the year for our company. It’s the time when we gear up once again for the Camp Labels season and start preparing for the influx of Camp Labels orders that will start pouring in soon. Now we salute our very oldest customers who are often residents of Nursing Home or Assisted Living Centers.
